This is a great exercise where you lay out all the things you want to spend time on in a week (or day). Then see if it actually fits into 168 (or 24) hours.
These categories for where you want to spent your time are meant to be your “Goals” in Simply Goals & Tasks. And then in the app you can also compare these ideal times to reality.
